Doudet-Naudin
位於法國Burgundy的核心地帶，由Albert Brenot於1849年在Savigny-Les-Beaune創立，為當地最古老的酒莊之一，直到1933年轉交Doudet家族經營酒莊，在拓展腹地之際，也堅持保有酒莊最重要的傳統信念，目前由Christophe Rochet負責管理。
目前擁有超過13公頃的葡萄園，包括Grand Cru、Premier Cru和Village。因當地海拔為較高的高山區，土壤含有豐富的石灰岩，正因這樣特殊的自然環境，造就了最能表現獨特風土的產區。
堅持沿用傳統釀造方法，包括手工採摘、挑選、去梗、裝桶和壓榨等，嚴格控制產量，減少有機無農藥的最低限度使用管理釀法，保護葡萄園和其生態系統的整體平衡。
酒莊堅持嚴謹釀造，現今依然用馬匹犁耕，讓土壤反覆深耕後產生通透性，有利提升葡萄藤的生長。
